At New Life Computers, Shannon and Nate came together through their shared love of all things tech and a genuine desire to help people. With decades of experience in the technology world, they bring a perfect blend of knowledge, skill, and good old-fashioned know-how to every repair, upgrade, or solution they provide. Shannon brings over 25 years of experience, combining corporate IT expertise with hands-on experience running a shop in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, specializing in the SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) market. Nate brings over a decade of experience in the tech industry, applying his expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize systems for both residential and business customers. Together, their combined skills allow New Life Computers to serve a wide range of clients, from homeowners to small businesses. Originally operating out of the Iconium store, New Life Computers has since grown and now proudly serves the community from our shop in downtown Osceola. Whether you’re dealing with a slow computer, network issues, or looking to upgrade your systems, Shannon, Nate, and the team are ready to bring your technology back to life — fast, reliable, and with a personal touch.

Shannon Tucker – Co-Owner
Founder | Networking & Business Solutions
Shannon Tucker brings nearly 30 years of experience in technology, starting back in the days of Windows 95. His career spans both the corporate tech world and small business ownership, giving him a rare blend of deep technical knowledge and real-world problem solving.
Before moving to the area in 2012 to raise his family, Shannon owned and operated a successful computer repair shop in Kansas City. After relocating, he helped grow New Life Computers from a small operation in Iconium into a full-service brick-and-mortar shop serving Osceola and surrounding communities.
Shannon specializes in networking, connectivity, and diagnostics, with a particular talent for improving Wi-Fi coverage and making complex systems work seamlessly together. He believes strongly in fixing technology the right way—without shortcuts—so customers aren’t dealing with the same problems again later.
Outside the shop, Shannon is deeply involved in the community. He serves as a volunteer firefighter, is a lifelong Scout with more than 40 years in the program, and now shares that experience with his three sons. Integrity, honesty, and trust are core values he lives by— both personally and professionally.
Nathan Price – Founder
Lead Technician | Hardware Repair Specialist
Nathan Price is the hands-on technician behind many of the repairs at New Life Computers. Born and raised locally, Nathan has spent over 20 years working on computers and electronics, with a strong focus on hardware repairs.
Nathan specializes in repairing devices with complex internals—laptops, phones, gaming systems, and other electronics that require careful, experienced hands. He’s known for his patience, attention to detail, and ability to diagnose issues that others might overlook.
He often sees customers come in after attempting quick online fixes or waiting too long to seek help. His approach is grounded in experience: after thousands of repairs, he’s already learned the lessons that can’t be taught in a video tutorial.
What drives Nathan most is helping people protect what matters—especially irreplaceable data like family photos. Fair pricing, honest answers, and reliable repairs are central to how he works and how New Life Computers serves the community.
